Care for the person carrying the care

Held While Caring exists for family caregivers who love someone deeply and are discovering that love does not remove exhaustion, uncertainty, or grief.

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Galatians 6:2 (WEB)

What we publish

We publish original articles, prayers, Scripture guides, and practical orientation for people caring for aging parents, spouses, relatives, and friends. Our work is Christian, denominationally neutral, and honest about the physical and emotional weight of caregiving.

Our limits

We offer education and pastoral encouragement, not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Articles dealing with those areas use authoritative sources, clearly name their limits, and encourage readers to consult qualified professionals.

How we work

Every article has a named author and a separate reviewer. We aim to be accurate, practical, compassionate, and clear enough to use on a tired day.

Held While Caring is a Gospel Mount project.
